They did a great job servicing the A/C on my old Jeep. Fair pricing and the job was completed as promised. Highly recommend them. Definitely using them again to keep Towanda in tip-top shape!

Had my son take in his truck for a brake job at Brakes Plus in Norman. They replaced the brakes, sway bars and said the rear shocks were leaking. After hearing a noise after the work was performed, my son took it back, and the tech told him that the front struts also needed replaced. Interesting, since we replaced both front struts and rear shocks last year (with OEM parts). I did not approve the work this time and had my son take it to John, the owner of G&S Auto in Norman for a second opinion. John personally inspected the car, let us know that there was no problem with the front struts, and that Brakes Plus failed to correctly tighten the drivers side front sway bar link. G&S fixed the problem; they are honest, charge fairly and do good work. Any parents of OU students, or Normanites in general, should know that if your car needs work that there is reputable shop to go to. G&S / John has earned our business and we are now loyal customers!!!

Made an appointment for an oil change. When I got there, Lonnie was ready to go. He did an overall visual inspection to let me know if I had any other issues going on. He was very patient, answered questions that I had and really knows the automobile mechanic business. There’s no doubt that I will continue to go here for any service that I need. My best experience with an auto repair shop ever!

The owner is always very clear on what needs fixed and what is will cost. He always reviews it with you first, and if you need options or partial work done he's happy to modify the cost and let you know before beginning what the new total will be. I've taken 2 different vehicles there. Never any surprise charges. My vehicle is always done the same day. All around great shop!

G & S were able to diagnose the problem, call me to inform me of any potential charges before going through with the maintenance, and fix the issue all within the span of a few hours. The nice lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, and the man who looked at my car gave me his honest opinion and advice. It was truly a refreshing experience as it was a lot less of a hassle than I was expecting, and I will definitely be coming back for any future work I might need done. I highly recommend.
